ENTRUST Solutions Group seeks District Growth Managers to expand opportunities for Power Delivery Solutions, Technology, and Digital Transformation Solutions with investor-owned utilities, cooperatives, and state energy agencies. Michigan-based candidates are preferred and remote work from Michigan is possible.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four (4)+ years of successful internal and external relationship management activities.
• Experience in the electric utility industry.
• Experienced at network development and expansion.
• Ability to operate successfully and lead in an environment with competing priorities.
• Demonstrated record of quickly processing new information to derive and implement an actionable growth strategy.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned metrics.
• Proven track record of developing new and innovative approaches to markets and challenges.
• Ability to travel up to 50‑75% of the time, or as much as needed to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Driving and supporting new and existing business opportunities specifically for our Power Delivery Solutions, Technology, and Digital Transformation Solutions divisions with investor‑owned utilities, cooperative utilities, developers and relevant state‑wide energy agencies.
• Successfully build, manage, and execute multiple client pursuit and capture strategies within a multi‑disciplined matrixed organization.
• Build, execute, and maintain a commercially viable time‑phased sales funnel that achieves the business objectives of each Business Area and the Sector.
• Work with leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive positive margin growth and share for each Division with our existing client base.
