Essity North America Inc. is seeking an Account Manager - Distributor Enablement Specialist to develop strategic relations with distribution partners across Central/Western PA and Southern Tier NY, driving growth and profitability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with supply chain, pricing, sales and marketing; requires 3–5 years sales experience, CRM proficiency, and ability to travel up to 50%. This remote position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of sales experience; 2-3 years of account management.
• Experience using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and MS Teams.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop relationships with distribution partners to drive growth.
• Negotiate with distribution partners and create joint distribution business plans.
• Translate sales plans into customer activities and monitor progress.
• Build strong distribution partnerships to achieve goals.
• Provide hygienic solutions to partners and end customers.
• Ensure DSRs have product knowledge.
• Engage with segment sales to drive wins.
• Deliver on sales targets and KPIs with partners.
• Handle day-to-day business matters and inquiries.
• Position TORK as partner of choice with distribution partners.
• Develop pipeline using CRM and related tools.
• Build competency with Essity tools (CRM, CPQ, Seismic, Farsight, PowerBI).
