Job summary

Essity seeks an Account Manager - Distributor Enablement Specialist to grow business with regional distribution partners across Central/Western PA and Southern Tier NY. This remote role requires living in the aligned territory and travel up to 50% to build strong relationships and drive profitable growth.

You will collaborate with supply chain, pricing, sales and marketing to execute commercial plans. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing and 3–5 years of sales/account management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of sales experience; 2–3 years in account management.
• Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics preferred) and MS Teams/Office.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop strong relationships and competencies with distribution partners.
• Negotiate with distribution partners and create joint distribution business plans.
• Translate sales plans into activities by account and monitor progress.
• Build strong distribution partnerships to achieve goals.
• Provide hygienic solutions to distribution partners and end customers to drive growth.
• Ensure DSRs have knowledge of Essity products and hygiene solutions.
• Engage with segment sales to drive end customer wins.
• Deliver on sales targets and KPIs with partners.
• Manage CRM pipeline and use Essity tools.
