Job summary

Essity is seeking an Account Manager - Distributor Enablement Specialist to drive growth across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. You will build relationships with regional distribution partners, translate sales plans into actions, and collaborate with supply chain, pricing, sales, and marketing to deliver profitable outcomes.

This remote role covers MA/NH with up to 50% travel. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years sales experience, 2–3 years in account management, and strong CRM/office tools skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing.
• 3–5 years sales experience; 2–3 years account management.
• Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), MS Teams and Office; strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop strong relationships with distribution partners to drive profitable growth.
• Negotiate with distribution partners and execute joint business plans.
• Translate sales plans into customer-specific activities and monitor progress.
• Build and maintain distribution partnerships to meet targets.
• Provide hygienic solutions and ensure product knowledge among partners.
