Job summary

Essity is seeking an Account Manager - Distributor Enablement Specialist to cover Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The role focuses on large end-user development, managing regional distributor partners, and growing the business with internal teams including supply chain, pricing, sales and marketing.

The candidate should reside within the aligned Essity region and travel up to 50%. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Business, Sales or Marketing, 3–5 years in sales and 2–3 years in account

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of sales experience; 2-3 years of account management.
• CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) with strong financial acumen.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop strong relationships and distributor partners; deliver clear communication per directives to ensure targets are met.
• Negotiate with distribution partners and execute joint distribution business plans.
• Translate sales plans into activities by customer/account and monitor progress.
• Build strong distribution partnerships to achieve goals and growth.
• Provide hygienic solutions to partners and end customers to support profitable growth.
