Job summary

Essity is seeking an Account Manager to focus on distributor enablement, build strong partnerships, and drive growth within the Wisconsin region. This remote role emphasizes effective communication, planning with partners, and achieving sales targets across multiple channels.

You will travel up to 30% as needed, collaborate with regional teams, and leverage CRM tools to manage opportunities and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of sales experience; 2–3 years in account management.
• Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), MS Teams and Office.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and sales skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and to cover Wisconsin territory.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop relationships with distribution partners to drive growth.
• Negotiate with distribution partners and create joint business plans.
• Translate plans into customer-specific sales activities and track progress.
• Build distribution partnerships and drive end customer wins.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and support partners with hygienic solutions.
• Manage CRM pipeline and utilize Essity tools to monitor KPIs.
