Job summary

Essity is seeking an Account Manager - Distributor Enablement Specialist to manage large end-user development, partner with regional distributors, and drive profitable growth. This remote role covers Central/Western PA and Southern Tier NY, with up to 50% travel.

You will align with Commercial Planning and collaborate with internal teams to optimize distribution and customer outcomes. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of sales experience, 2–3 years account management, and proficiency in CRM tools,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing.
Experience may substitute for education.
3-5 years sales experience; 2-3 years account management.
Experience with blended selling; CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred), MS Teams and Office; strong financial acumen.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
Proven ability to identify and win opportunities.
Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Plan and develop strong relationships and distributor partnerships.
Deliver clear communication following Essity directives to meet targets and growth.
Negotiate with distribution partners in sales region.
Create and execute joint distribution business plans.
Review progress to plan with distribution on a regular basis.
Translate sales plans into activities by customer/account.
Monitor and adjust activities to meet business objectives.
Build strong distribution partnerships and provide hygienic solutions.
