Job summary

Essity is seeking an Account Manager - Distributor Enablement Specialist to cover Central/Western PA and Southern Tier NY. This remote role focuses on large end-user development, partner relationships, and profitable growth across distribution channels.

The ideal candidate will travel up to 50%, bring 3–5 years of sales experience, strong CRM and negotiation skills, and a Bachelor’s in Business, Sales or Marketing. Join a collaborative team driving impactful hygiene solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing; education may be substituted with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of sales experience; 2–3 years in account management.
• Experience with blended selling, CRM systems (Dynamics preferred) and strong financial acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop relationships with distribution partners to drive growth.
• Negotiate with partners and execute joint distribution business plans.
• Translate sales plans into customer activities and monitor progress.
• Build distribution partnerships and provide hygienic solutions.
• Maintain product knowledge and leverage Essity tools in CRM and analytics.
• Develop and manage pipeline using CRM; engage segment sales for wins.
• Deliver on sales targets and handle day-to-day inquiries.
