Essity is seeking an Account Manager - Distributor Enablement Specialist to cover Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Remote position with travel up to 50% will focus on large end-user development and partner growth. You will collaborate with regional distribution partners and internal teams to drive profitable growth.

The role demands a bachelor’s in business or related field, 3–5 years of sales experience, and strong CRM and communication skills. Salaried role with sales incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing.
• 3-5 years of sales experience; 2-3 years of account management.
• Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop relationships with distribution partners to drive growth.
• Negotiate with distribution partners and create joint business plans.
• Translate sales plans into customer activities and monitor progress.
• Build distribution partnerships to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Provide hygienic solutions to customers and ensure product knowledge.
• Develop and manage pipeline using CRM and Essity tools.
