MRINetwork is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the Western U.S. by building and managing strategic distributor partnerships in hydraulics, fluid power, and conveyance markets.

You will grow revenue through existing and new distributors, lead joint sales calls, train distributor teams, and develop territory growth plans to capture opportunities and outperform competitors.

Qualifications

• Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or manufacturer reps.
• Background in hydraulics, fluid power, hose & fittings, fluid conveyance, pneumatics, or related industrial markets.
• Ability to travel throughout the Western U.S.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and building customer relationships.
