Job summary

Faster Quick Release Couplings is seeking a results-driven Distribution Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Western United States and Canada. You will develop channel strategies, recruit distributors, and drive revenue by delivering technical and commercial leadership.

In this role you will train distributor teams, manage key accounts, and collaborate with engineering, operations and product management to win opportunities. Travel ~50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years outside sales experience in relevant markets.
• Experience managing distributor relationships and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth plan to expand market share.
• Recruit, onboard and manage distributor channel partners.
• Lead strategic account plans and commercial activities with distributors.
• Provide training and support to distributor sales teams and engineers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful launches and pricing.
