Neeljym Search Group is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the Western United States through strategic distributor partnerships in hydraulics, fluid power, and related markets.

You will develop distributor relationships, identify new opportunities, support joint sales efforts, and increase market share across industrial, OEM, and MRO channels. Travel across the Western U.S. is required.

Qualificações

• Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or manufacturer reps.
• Background in hydraulics, fluid power, hose & fittings, or related industrial markets.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and building customer relationships.
• Ability to travel throughout the Western U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Grow sales through existing and new distribution partners.
• Conduct joint sales calls and customer visits.
• Train and support distributor sales teams.
• Develop territory growth plans and drive execution.
