Viking Pump, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow a network of distribution partners across the Western United States. This role will manage performance, coordinate with Engineers and Product Management, and drive annual business plans with partners.

You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, develop growth strategies, and lead distributor relationships to maximize market penetration. Travel up to 50% is expected in this field-based role.

Qualificações

• College degree required with strong sales background.
• Minimum five years of industrial field sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Meets or exceeds territory sales revenue forecast as established by the RSM, Sales Director and Business Unit Leader.
• Make sales calls with/without distributor sales and build relationships with key customers in the territory.
• Manage project activity in the territory, including product offering, price levels, and sales strategy; process leads in the Sales Portal.
• Work with distributor management to complete Distributor Performance Appraisal and Annual Business Plan for Market Growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive growth.
• Support field training to distributor personnel on commercial issues.
