Faster Inc. seeks a Distribution Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Western United States and Canada. You will recruit distribution partners, craft strategic account plans, and drive revenue with technical and commercial leadership in hydraulic and thermal markets.

You will build executive relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage pricing, quotes, contracts, and forecasts while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years outside sales in hydraulics/industrial markets
• Experience managing distributor relationships and driving territory growth

Responsabilités

• Develop territory growth strategy across Western US and Canada
• Recruit and onboard new distribution channel partners
• Lead strategic account plans for long-term growth
• Manage distributor relationships and act as primary commercial contact
• Provide commercial and technical expertise to distributors and end users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute launches and pricing
• Forecast revenue and maintain accurate territory reporting
