Job summary

Neeljym Search Group is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the Western United States through strategic distributor partnerships in hydraulics, fluid power, and related markets.

You will develop distributor relationships, identify new opportunities, support joint sales efforts, and increase market share across industrial, OEM, and MRO channels. Travel across the Western U.S. is required.
