Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales and strategic business development.
- Experience managing customer accounts and developing effective sales strategies.
- Familiarity with industrial distribution and NEMA motors is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets across distributor and partner channels.
- Drive market awareness and adoption of electric motor solutions in key segments.
- Manage sales volume, product mix, pricing, and account priorities for profitable growth.
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships and understand needs.
- Monitor market trends and translate insights into sales strategies.
- Collaborate across divisions and countries on joint pursuits and account planning.
- Maintain disciplined account management using standardized sales processes and Salesforce.
