TEEMA Group is seeking a remote Key Account Manager – Distribution to grow revenue through electrical and industrial distributors across the United States. You will manage national and regional partners, build senior-level relationships, and develop growth plans while promoting our customers' value.

This role requires 3–5+ years in distribution sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% (preferably near a major airport).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience with distribution channels.
• Proven ability to grow revenue in existing accounts.
• Familiarity with electrical/industrial distribution models.
• Ability to communicate technical product value to customers and partners.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and planning skills.
• Proficient with CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Able to travel up to 50% and reside near a major airport.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of national and regional distribution partners.
• Build relationships with distributor leadership and field teams.
• Develop account growth plans and conduct business reviews.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams to reach end customers.
• Coordinate training, product demos, and joint marketing activities.
• Support quotations, pricing, orders, and delivery issues.
• Maintain forecasts, pipelines, and account performance reports.
• Identify new distribution opportunities and partnerships.
