Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Electrification Services Application Engineer to join a manufacturing and automotive leader. Remote position with responsibilities spanning technical solution design, customer collaboration, and field-proposal execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred; or a High School Diploma/GED with significant experience.
• Experience in power delivery systems, arc flash mitigation, and upgrades is desirable.
• Experience in proposal development and contract negotiations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support growth.
• Develop and present tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs.
• Lead technical execution of field service proposals, including assessments and cost estimates.
• Communicate operational requirements to sourcing and operations teams.
• Document competitor activities and support new product introduction programs.
