Job summary

Aston Carter is hiring a Dispatchers to support a growing field service operation from a remote location near Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on scheduling, dispatching, customer communication, and problem-solving to ensure timely service for customers.

You'll review work orders in Salesforce, assign calls to technicians, manage schedules, and coordinate across multiple territories. Training is provided, and potential for permanent hire exists after the contract period.

Qualifications

• Dispatching or service coordination experience preferred.
• Experience managing schedules and high-volume workloads.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and difficult customer situations.
• Basic Excel sorting and filtering skills.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming work orders through Salesforce.
• Assign service calls to the appropriate field technicians.
• Manage technician schedules, routes, and service appointments.
• Schedule upcoming work across multiple service territories.
• Monitor high-volume work order activity and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Communicate delays, schedule changes, and appointment updates to customers.
• Handle escalated service requests and customer concerns.
• Communicate regularly with technicians, account managers, sales, and customer service teams.
• Manage frequent phone and email communication throughout the day.
