Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2–5 years of service industry experience in managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact and persistence.
• Able to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to business goals.
• Able to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in project accounting or costing principles is desired.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service under supervision.
• Manage schedules of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely maintenance.
• Debrief activities daily and coordinate with billing and support to progress jobs.
• Communicate action plans to customers and confirm services performed as expected.
• Follow up with customers and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain daily schedules and ensure continuous communication with technicians.
• Other duties as assigned.
