Aston Carter is hiring remote Dispatchers to support a growing field service operation that coordinates technicians traveling to customer locations for repairs and maintenance. The role focuses on scheduling, dispatching, customer communication, and problem-solving to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities include reviewing work orders, assigning calls, managing schedules, and communicating with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and difficult customer situations.
• Basic Excel skills (sorting/filtering).
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Stable work history with demonstrated tenure.
• Ability to stay productive in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming work orders through Salesforce.
• Assign service calls to the appropriate field technicians.
• Manage technician schedules, routes, and service appointments.
• Schedule upcoming work across multiple service territories.
• Monitor high-volume work order activity and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Communicate delays, schedule changes, and appointment updates to customers.
• Handle escalated service requests and customer concerns.
• Communicate regularly with technicians, account managers, sales, and customer service teams.
• Manage frequent phone and email communication throughout the day.
