Ideal candidates have dispatching or service coordination experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Dispatching experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience scheduling and coordinating service calls.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and changing priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Excel skills (sorting and filtering).
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming work orders through Salesforce.
• Assign service calls to field technicians.
• Manage technician schedules, routes, and service appointments.
• Schedule upcoming work across multiple service territories.
• Monitor high-volume work order activity and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Communicate delays and updates to customers.
• Handle escalated service requests and customer concerns.
• Maintain regular communication with technicians and internal teams.
