Job summary

Aston Carter is hiring a Remote Dispatcher to support a growing field service operation from a fully remote setup. You will coordinate service technicians, review work orders in Salesforce, and ensure timely customer service across multiple territories.

The role emphasizes scheduling, dispatching, and customer communication in a fast-paced environment. 3–4 weeks of structured training precedes ownership of markets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience managing schedules and high-volume workloads.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and difficult customer situations.
• Basic Excel skills (sorting/ filtering).
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming work orders through Salesforce.
• Assign service calls to field technicians.
• Manage technician schedules, routes, and service appointments.
• Schedule upcoming work across multiple service territories.
• Monitor high-volume work order activity and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Communicate delays, schedule changes, and appointment updates to customers.
• Handle escalated service requests and customer concerns.
• Communicate regularly with technicians, account managers, sales, and customer service teams.
• Manage frequent phone and email communication throughout the day.
