Carter’s Inc. in Braselton, GA is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Administrator to coordinate daily routing and dispatch activities. This on-site role requires collaboration with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to maintain service and productivity standards.

The position involves training and onboarding, reporting, and ensuring timely shipments while adhering to SLAs. A flexible schedule and reliable attendance are required, with the role based at our Braselton distribution center.

• Routing and Dispatch Operational Support: assist in training, onboarding, and development of associates.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external customers and vendors; manage daily communications with processing partners.
• Identify, research, and resolve operational issues to support efficient workflow.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports for assigned areas; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shared operational activities and goals.
• Support shift planning and operational readiness with supervisors and managers.
• Routing and Dispatch Execution: schedule customer orders to meet SLAs for timely shipment.
• Ensure compliance with account-specific requirements and maintain SCAC codes as needed.
• Prepare and deliver accurate daily and month-end reporting for visibility.
• Manage load processes from start to finish including POs, documentation, and tracking.
• Oversee orders from printed status through final shipment for on-time execution.
• Maintain organized, safe, and efficient workflow in the area, adhering to standards.
