Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch road technicians and parts delivery drivers.
• Open and close all work orders for the shop and field technicians.
• Open tire work orders for parts.
• Open quote segments for parts when needed.
• Issue PO numbers and track open POs and receipts.
• Receive invoices and separate third-party billing to match with customers.
• Perform clerical tasks, including filing and processing payments.
