Cengage Group is seeking a Director of Web Experience & Performance to own the vision and execution of our web ecosystem. You will lead a global team, drive performance optimization, and shape a modern digital experience across B2B/B2C markets. This is a remote role with occasional travel.

You will partner across marketing, product, analytics, and technology to deliver measurable business impact, leveraging AI, personalization, and experimentation at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading web, digital experience, optimization, or digital marketing in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to translate vision into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise web strategy, architecture, platform roadmap, governance, and operating framework aligned to business objectives.
• Own web performance metrics: engagement, conversions, journeys and growth contribution.
• Lead an optimization program across experiences, journeys, content, messaging, and conversions.
• Collaborate with SEO/SEM/content teams to maximize discoverability and content effectiveness.
