- 10+ years leading web, digital experience, optimization, or marketing teams.
- Proven web conversion optimization strategy with measurable outcomes.
- Experience leading large-scale web transformation or migrations.
- Deep expertise in CMS, web analytics, SEO, experimentation, personalization.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled optimization technologies and governance.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the enterprise web strategy and governance model.
- Own web performance metrics like engagement, conversions, journeys.
- Lead large-scale transformation, CMS migrations, and platform modernization.
- Build and scale an experimentation program across experiences and paths.
- Partner with teams to establish measurement frameworks and reporting.
