Cengage Group is seeking a Director of Web Experience & Performance to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our global web ecosystem, driving engagement, demand, and growth. This remote role oversees a global team and partners across marketing, product, technology, analytics, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Over 10 years leading web, digital experience, optimization, or digital marketing in complex enterprises.
Proven track record building web conversion strategies with measurable outcomes.
Experience with large-scale web transformations and migrations in enterprise settings.
Deep expertise in CMS, asset management, analytics, SEO, experimentation and personalization.
Familiarity with AI-enabled optimization technologies and modern digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the enterprise web strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating model.
Own web performance metrics and report on engagement, journeys, and growth.
Lead an experimentation program and scale AI-driven optimization.
Oversee large digital transformations, CMS migrations, and platform modernization.
