Qualifications

• 10+ years leading web, digital experience, optimization, or digital marketing in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading large-scale web transformation, migration, or consolidation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in CMS, asset management, web analytics, journey optimization, SEO, experimentation, personalization, and digital measurement.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled optimization technologies and modern digital experience ecosystems.
• Knowledge of accessibility, privacy regulations, and digital governance.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise web strategy, platform roadmap, governance model, and operating framework.
• Own key web performance metrics and drive optimization across customer journeys and acquisition efficiency.
• Lead an experimentation program and AI-powered optimization across experiences and paths.
• Deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives including CMS migrations and governance.
• Build and lead a global web operations team with clear goals and development plans.
