Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise web strategy, including architecture, platform roadmap, governance, and operating framework.
• Own web performance metrics: engagement, conversion, journeys, acquisition efficiency, and growth impact.
• Lead an experimentation program across web experiences, journeys, content, messaging, and conversion paths.
• Partner with marketing, product, and analytics to establish measurement frameworks and reporting.
• Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives including CMS migrations and governance.
