Cengage Group is seeking a seasoned Director of Web Experience & Performance to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our global web ecosystem. You will drive engagement, demand generation, and performance across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C markets, partnering with marketing, product, analytics, and technology teams.

Qualifications
- 10+ years leading web, digital experience, optimization, or digital marketing functions.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams across complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with large-scale web transformation, migrations, or consolidations.
- Deep expertise in CMS, asset management, web analytics, SEO, personalization, and digital measurement.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled optimization technologies and governance.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the enterprise web strategy, platform roadmap, governance, and operating framework.
- Own web performance metrics including engagement, conversion, and journeys.
- Lead an experimentation program across web experiences, content, and conversion paths.
- Collaborate with SEO, SEM, and content teams to maximize discoverability and content effectiveness.
- Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives with technology and product teams.
