Cengage Group seeks a Director of Web Experience & Performance to lead strategy and execution across our global web ecosystem. You will drive engagement, demand generation, and brand experience while shaping a scalable modernization roadmap.

Preferred candidates have 10+ years in web leadership, optimization, CMS/analytics expertise, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business impact through digital transformation. This is a remote role with travel.

Qualifications

10+ years leading web, digital experience, optimization, or marketing functions in enterprise environments.
Proven track record translating vision into measurable business outcomes.
Experience leading large-scale web transformation or migrations in enterprise settings.
Deep expertise in CMS, asset management, web analytics, personalization, and SEO.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise web strategy, platform roadmap, governance, and operating framework.
Lead a global web operations team and optimize performance metrics.
Drive AI-powered personalization, experimentation, and content intelligence at scale.
Partner with marketing, product, analytics, and tech to ensure scalable platforms.
