Job summary

Lumicera Health Services in the United States seeks a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead vision, strategy, and delivery of pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites. You will ensure compliant, safe, and efficient operations including inventory management, cold chain, dispensing, final verification, and shipping.

Responsibilities include redesigning operations, staffing planning with WFM, IT collaboration, KPI reporting, and driving continuous improvement and patient-centric service

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited degree and current, unrestricted license required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure in state of residence or ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.
• Minimum of five years as a licensed pharmacist preferred.
• 4–5 years' experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Managed care and/or PBM experience preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and execute strategies to increase service levels, capabilities, and efficiencies.
• Oversee staffing requirements for Patient Services and Specialty Programs.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and enable tracking/reporting capabilities.
• Develop plans for infrastructure, processes, and personnel to support growth and new services.
• Drive continuous operational improvements to enhance patient care and customer experience.
• Coordinate with leaders to optimize processes for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor and report pharmacy service KPIs to management and executives.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Projects and Oversight Committee.
• Investigate and build business cases for new technology or processes to improve efficiency or patient experience.
• Oversee a cost-effective, safe, patient-centric fulfillment strategy across all locations.
