Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead a multi-site pharmacy fulfillment network. You will shape strategy, ensure compliance and safety, oversee inventory and cold chain, and optimize staffing to support growth and business continuity.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will partner with IT and other leaders to drive efficiency, patient care, and service delivery across all fulfillment locations.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence or ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.
• Minimum of five years as a licensed pharmacist preferred.
• 4–5 years experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Managed care and/or PBM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational redesign and develop and execute business strategies to increase service levels, capabilities, and efficiencies.
• Direct and oversee Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing requirements by analyzing trends and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and that operation metrics are tracked.
• Develop strategic plans for the infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel to support growth and new services.
• Implement continuous operational improvements to enhance patient care and customer experience.
• Monitor and report pharmacy service KPIs to Pharmacy Managers and Executives.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Projects and Quality Oversight Review Committee.
