Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Operations to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of nationwide pharmacy fulfillment. You will oversee inventory, cold chain, dispensing, shipping, and service delivery while building a cross-functional team with scalable processes.

Responsibilities include operational redesign, staffing optimization, IT collaboration, and KPI governance to improve patient care and the customer experience across all sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE Accreditation School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D, degree with current, unrestricted license required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or the ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational redesign and strategic planning to increase service levels and efficiency across pharmacy fulfillment locations.
• Oversee Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing requirements using trends and forecasts.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and reporting capabilities.
• Develop and implement infrastructure for systems, processes and personnel to support growth and new services.
• Monitor and report KPIs; participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and committees.
