Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead the vision and execution of pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites. You will guide inventory, cold chain, dispensing, shipping, and service delivery while building a resilient, compliant operation.

Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, you will design the organizational structure, drive process improvements, and ensure staffing, training, and continuity to support growth and patient care.

Qualifications

Graduate of ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D or B.S. Pharmacy.
Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in residence state.
Experience in pharmacy operations leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee pharmacy fulfillment across sites to improve service levels.
Collaborate with IT to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and reporting.
Develop strategic plans for infrastructure, processes, and personnel.
Drive continuous operational improvements focused on patient care and experience.
Monitor KPIs and report to executives; contribute to quality programs.
Investigate new technology and processes to enhance efficiency.
