Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites. You will shape vision, staffing, and process design to ensure compliant, safe, and efficient operations from dispensing to shipping.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, optimize patient care, and oversee KPI reporting while stewarding growth and service improvements in a remote-work capable environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in resident state or ability to reciprocity within 4 months.
• Minimum 5 years as licensed pharmacist, preferred.
• 4–5 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Managed care/PBM experience is preferred.
• Commitment to compliance program objectives and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Redesign operations and execute strategies to increase service levels and efficiencies.
• Direct Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing via forecasting and workflow analysis.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and tracking capabilities.
• Develop infrastructure for growth, processes, and personnel alignment.
• Lead continuous operational improvements to enhance patient care and customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs and report to Pharmacy Managers and Executives.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Projects and oversight committees.
• Evaluate new tech or processes to improve fulfillment and patient experience.
• Oversee cost-effective, safe, patient-centric fulfillment across locations.
