Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead multi-site mail order pharmacy fulfillment, driving precision, scale, and innovation. Under the Vice President of Operations, the Director shapes vision, strategy, and delivery of compliant, safe and efficient fulfillment, including inventory, cold chain, dispensing, shipping and service delivery.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on process improvements to support growth

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with ACPE-accredited degree and current license.
• State pharmacy licensure or reciprocity within 4 months.
• Minimum five years as a licensed pharmacist.
• 4-5 years in specialty pharmacy.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Managed care/PBM experience.
• Able to interact cooperatively with staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead fulfillment operations strategy across multiple sites.
• Oversee pharmacy capacity, locations, and redesign.
• Forecast staffing via WFM; manage Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure systems support.
• Develop and implement continuous operational improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and report to executives.
• Lead Quality Improvement projects and committees.
• Evaluate new technology solutions for efficiency and patient experience.
• Oversee cost-effective, safe, patient-centric fulfillment strategy.
