Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead a growing, multi-site pharmacy fulfillment operation in the United States. You will shape strategy, oversee inventory and cold chain, dispensing, shipping, and service delivery while building a cross‑functional team and ensuring continuity and safety across locations.

The role requires pharmacy leadership with 5+ years licensed pharmacist experience, supervisory background, and preferred PBM/managed care exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D. or B.S. Pharmacy and active license.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in home state or eligible for reciprocity within 4 months.
• Minimum of five years as a licensed pharmacist.
• 4–5 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Managed care and/or PBM experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate, comply with program objectives and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive operational strategy to improve service levels, capacity, and efficiency across multiple locations.
• Direct Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing by forecasting needs and analyzing workflows with WFM input.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and tracking capabilities.
• Develop strategic plans for infrastructure of processes and personnel to support growth.
• Lead continuous operational improvements to enhance patient care and customer experience.
• Coordinate with leaders to optimize processes for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor and report Pharmacy KPIs to executives and stakeholders.
• Participate in Quality Improvement Projects and Oversight Committees.
• Evaluate and present business cases for new technology or processes.
