Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead multi-site mail order pharmacy fulfillment, driving strategy, safety, and patient-centric service. You will oversee inventory, cold chain, dispensing, shipping, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D and license.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in resident state or ability to reciprocity within 4 months.
• 5+ years licensed pharmacist preferred.
• 4–5 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Managed care and/or PBM experience preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational redesign and develop and execute business strategies that increase service levels, operational capabilities, and efficiencies.
• Direct and oversee Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing requirements by analyzing trends and forecasting.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and tracking/reporting capabilities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel to support growth.
• Develop and implement continuous operational improvements focused on patient care and customer experience.
• Collaborate with leaders to optimize processes for efficiency, safety, and patient experience.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report pharmacy service KPIs to Pharmacy Managers and Executives.
• Lead Quality Improvement Projects and contribute to oversight committees.
• Investigate and justify new technology solutions and processes for efficient fulfillment.
• Oversee efficient, cost-effective, safe, and patient-centric fulfillment across locations.
