Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead the strategy and delivery of pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites. You will oversee inventory, cold chain, dispensing, shipping, and service delivery while building a compliant and resilient operation.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will design the organization, optimize staffing, and drive continuous improvements to patient care and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited school with current license.
• Minimum five years as licensed pharmacist preferred.
• 4–5 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Managed care or PBM experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and compliance engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational redesign to increase service levels, capabilities, and efficiencies.
• Direct Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing needs using forecasts.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure systems support fulfillment operations.
• Develop strategic plans for infrastructure of processes and personnel.
• Drive continuous operational improvements for patient care and experience.
• Coordinate with leaders to optimize processes for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and report to Pharmacy Managers and Exec Leaders.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Projects and oversight committees.
• Evaluate new tech and processes to enable efficient fulfillment.
• Oversee cost-effective, safe, patient-centric fulfillment across locations.
