Zusammenfassung

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead a growing mail-order pharmacy fulfillment platform across multiple sites. You will shape the vision, strategy, and delivery of inventory, cold chain, dispensing, shipping, and service delivery while ensuring compliance and continuity.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will develop cross-functional capabilities, optimize staffing models, and drive operational redundancy to support rapid growth and high patient

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited pharmacy program with current license
• Licensed pharmacist in residence state or reciprocity within 4 months
• 5+ years licensed pharmacist preferred
• 4–5 years in specialty pharmacy preferred
• Supervisory and managed care/PBM experience preferred
• Strong compliance and teamwork abilities

Aufgaben

• Redesign operations and execute strategies to improve service levels and efficiency
• Oversee Patient Services staffing and forecasts in collaboration with WFM
• Work with IT to ensure systems support fulfillment operations
• Develop infrastructure for growth and new services
• Lead continuous improvements for patient care and customer experience
• Monitor and report KPIs to executives
• Support quality initiatives and governance committees
• Evaluate new tech and processes to enhance fulfillment
