Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Operations to guide the vision and delivery of pharmacy fulfillment across a growing multi-site operation. You will oversee inventory, cold chain, dispensing, shipping, and service delivery while building a robust cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing (state of residence) and eligible for reciprocity within 4 months
• Minimum 5 years as a licensed pharmacist preferred
• 4–5 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Managed care and/or PBM experience preferred
• Participation in, adherence to, and support of compliance program objectives
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, strategy, and delivery of Lumicera and partner pharmacy fulfillment operations
• Direct deployment of staffing, capacity planning, inventory and cold chain management
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure systems support fulfillment and reporting
• Develop strategic plans for infrastructure, processes, and personnel aligned to growth
• Drive continuous operational improvements to enhance patient care and customer experience
• Monitor, evaluate, and report pharmacy service KPIs to leadership
• Participate in Quality Improvement Projects and Oversight Committee activities
• Assess and implement new technology and processes to optimize fulfillment or patient experience
• Oversee efficient, cost-effective, safe, and patient-centric fulfillment across locations
