Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead multi-site pharmacy fulfillment, shaping strategy, staffing, and process improvements to boost accuracy, speed, and patient care.

You will oversee inventory and cold chain, collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous quality initiatives across locations, while ensuring compliance, safety, and business continuity.

Qualifikationen

• Pharmacist license must be current and unrestricted.
• Registered Pharmacist in state of residence or reciprocity within 4 months.
• Minimum of five years as a licensed pharmacist.
• 4–5 years in specialty pharmacy.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Managed care and/or PBM experience.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Aufgaben

• Lead operational redesign and strategy to increase service levels and efficiency.
• Oversee Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing and forecasting.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure systems support fulfillment.
• Develop and implement infrastructure to accommodate growth and new services.
• Drive continuous improvements for patient care and customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs and report to Pharmacy Managers and executives.
• Support Quality Improvement Projects and committees.
• Evaluate new technology or processes to enhance fulfillment.
• Oversee cost-effective, safe, patient-centric fulfillment across sites.
• Other duties as assigned.
