This full-time position allows for remote work across the United States, offering a salary range of $228,000 - $308,000 plus benefits that include equity, health coverage, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS.
• 6+ years leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Experience partnering with regional Sales leadership.
• Ability to thrive in an evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and inspire Solutions Consultants and leaders.
• Partner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets.
• Manage performance of AMER Solutions Consulting teams.
