Figma is seeking a Director of Solutions Consulting to lead the AMER teams across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments. This full-time role can be based in a US hub or remote within the United States.

You will define strategy with Sales, drive pre-sales outcomes, and scale processes across discovery, qualifications, and POCs. You will mentor leaders, partner with Product and Engineering to feed insights, and influence regional GTM efforts across multiple time zones while shaping the

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS.
• 6+ years of management experience, including 2+ years managing managers within Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering.
• Proven track record of leading and growing high performing teams across multiple timezones.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Product and Customer Experience.
• Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop Solutions Consultants and leaders with scalable, data-driven processes that drive team and company goals.
• Partner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets across aligned regions and ensure successful pre-sales outcomes.
• Analyze and manage the performance of the AMER Solutions Consulting teams, including influenced ARR and activity metrics.
• Develop, refine, and scale core SC processes such as discovery, technical qualification and POCs/trials and establish initiatives to continue up-leveling our AMER.
• Act as the technical executive to align with customer executives and stakeholders for relationship building and to help advance open opportunities.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the AMER Solutions Consulting leadership team.
• Leverage customer feedback and outcomes to collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape product improvements.
• Participate in regional industry events/organizations as a thought leader.
