Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS.
• 6+ years leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams.
• Proven track record of leading high performing teams across timezones.

• Build, develop, and inspire Solutions Consultants and leaders.
• Partner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze and manage performance of AMER Solutions Consulting teams.
• Develop, refine, and scale core SC processes.
