Job summary
Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director, Provider Relations to shape the provider engagement strategy for Lumicera Direct. You’ll lead provider relations, account management, and provider support, partnering with sales leaders to drive growth and retention.
Executive-level collaboration is essential to align initiatives with market opportunities. You will oversee budgeting and workforce planning, ensuring operational efficiency while advancing strategic initiatives across provider
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA/Healthcare Admin preferred.
- 8+ years in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, or provider relations leadership.
- 5+ years of leadership managing multiple functions and provider-facing teams.
- 3+ years in sales leadership and sales strategy.
- Experience with growth, market expansion, and revenue initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate provider insights into strategic business actions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Lead vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider support.
- Collaborate with Sales leaders to drive provider growth and referral expansion.
- Maintain executive partnerships with physician groups and health systems.
- Lead executive business reviews and communicate performance and opportunities.
- Manage CRM vendor relations and analytics to inform decisions.
- Oversee budgeting, workforce planning, and investment decisions.
- Provide executive reporting and market intelligence to leadership.
