Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Director, Provider Relations to lead provider engagement, operations, and account management for Lumicera Direct. You will shape strategic initiatives, executive partnerships, and scalable processes across the organization.

You will work with senior leaders, drive growth and retention, and oversee CRM and analytics to improve performance. This role requires 8+ years in healthcare leadership and 5+ years leading teams, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (BS/BSPharm or PharmD) required; advanced business degree preferred.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license or reciprocity within 4 months.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years of leadership managing multiple teams and functions.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and sales strategy experience.
• Experience driving growth, market expansion, and revenue initiatives.
• Experience with executive leadership and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of provider workflows, reimbursement, and patient access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct.
• Define vision and operating model for provider relations and related functions.
• Partner with VP Sales and Director to drive growth and retention.
• Serve as Executive Sponsor for key provider organizations and partnerships.
• Establish executive relationships with physician executives and health-system leaders.
• Lead executive business reviews with provider organizations.
• Develop provider feedback channels and communicate actionable recommendations.
• Act as liaison between provider organizations and Lumicera leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase engagement and revenue.
• Analyze provider performance metrics and market dynamics to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical, and sales to ensure provider experience.
• Develop and maintain CRM vendor relations; oversee vendor selection.
• Own budgeting, workforce planning, and resource investment decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in provider satisfaction and performance.
• Provide executive reporting and market intelligence to leadership.
• Represent Lumicera at provider meetings and industry events.
• Travel up to 40% for provider meetings and leadership events.
• Other duties as assigned.
