Job summary

Lumicera, a leader in direct healthcare services, seeks a Director of Provider Relations to shape the strategic vision for provider engagement, operations, and growth. You will lead multiple teams, partner with senior sales leadership, and drive execution across Lumicera Direct provider partnerships.

The role requires extensive experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare leadership, and revenue growth initiatives, with a focus on executive-level collaboration and long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles.
• Requires 5+ years of leadership experience managing leaders and multiple functions.
• Requires 3+ years of sales leadership and sales strategy.
• Experience with growth, market expansion, and revenue-generating initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct.
• Lead provider engagement, account management, and provider support functions.
• Partner with Sales leaders to drive provider growth and retention.
• Represent Lumicera with provider organizations and health systems.
• Oversee budgeting, workforce planning, and vendor relations.
• Provide executive reporting and market insights to senior leadership.
